Ketamine-Assisted Group Therapy with Katalyst Mental Health
In addition to my individual practice, I co-facilitate ketamine-assisted therapy groups with Katalyst Mental Health, a clinic in the Lower Mainland offering innovative, evidence-based psychedelic care. These 12-week programs are designed to support individuals navigating treatment-resistant depression, trauma, anxiety, and existential distress.
The Katalyst program integrates psychoeducation on emotional processing and healing, helping participants understand and navigate their inner experiences. Central to the program is the concept of the "medicine of relationship"—the healing potential found in authentic, supportive connections. This relational approach is complemented by the "medicine of ketamine," with three ketamine sessions incorporated in the middle of the program to facilitate deep therapeutic work.
I assist participants in attuning to their inner experiences, staying grounded in their bodies, and gently processing what arises during and after the medicine sessions. These group settings are held with deep care and intention, offering a powerful space for individuals to feel less alone while engaging in profound inner work.
